Welcome to an international leadership workshop organized jointly by JTO and IMD.

The seminar focuses on innovation. In the current accelerated change innovation is the only true source of competitive advantage for both organizations and individuals.

We will focus on innovation as the key guiding principle in leadership evolution.

The venue also marks the 70th birthday of JTO.
